Collating

GHP’s collating operations provide time and cost-efficient assembly of diverse components, especially projects such as brochures, catalogs, and publications requiring inserts. Our equipment can also handle short-run digital books.

Die Cutting, Offline Scoring, and Foil Stamping

Unlike many commercial printers, GHP has the value-added ability to die cut and letterpress-score up to 30” x 42”. This allows us to be very competitive for pocket folders, POP materials, or any project with intricate steel-rule die cutting requirements. Additionally, by virtue of letterpress-scoring, heavy coated cover sheets for high quality pieces can be scored and folded either with or across the grain without cracking. Foil stamping adds impact to printed pieces.

Gluing/Folding

GHP has the capability for automated high-speed  assembly of pocket folders, boxes, and table tents as well as for in-line spot applications of non-permanent (fugitive) glue.

Padding

Our process for machine-gluing in the production of notepads involves the application of adhesive in hot, liquid form. The glue penetrates the sheet for a stronger bond, and machine-application provides a smooth result.

Specialty Operations

GHP provides a complete, specialty hand binding operation for direct mail, pocket folder and other fulfillment requirements. High volume allows us to have a full-time staff for these hand operations.
